Scriptural confession to obtain divine direction and favor in a new employment

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for this new opportunity to work in this new company. I ask for your divine guidance and wisdom as I navigate through this new environment. Your word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, ‘Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.’

I declare that I trust in you with all my heart, and that I do not lean on my own understanding. I submit to you in all my ways, and I declare that you will make my paths straight and guide me in this new company. Your word also says in Psalm 37:23, ‘The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him.’

I declare that I delight in you, Lord, and I ask that you make my steps firm in this new company. Your word says in Isaiah 58:11, ‘The Lord will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.’

I declare that you guide me always, Lord, and I ask that you satisfy my needs in this new company and strengthen me. I thank you for making me like a well-watered garden, and I declare that your favor goes before me and surrounds me in this new environment. Your word says in Psalm 84:11, ‘For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.’

I declare that my walk is blameless in Christ Jesus, and I ask that you bestow favor and honor upon me in this new company. I thank you, Lord, for your guidance and favor in my life, and I receive it by faith. In Jesus name, amen.
