Scriptural confession to obtain increase and growth by the revelation of God’s word

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you for your Word which is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Your word says in Proverbs 4:7, ‘Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.’

I declare that I am seeking wisdom and understanding from your Word, Lord, and I thank you that as I seek, I will find. Your word says in James 1:5, ‘If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.’

Your word says in Colossians 1:9-10, ‘For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God.’

I declare that I am being filled with the knowledge of your will, Lord, through all the wisdom and understanding that your Spirit gives. I ask that you help me to live a life worthy of you and to please you in every way. Your word says in 2 Peter 3:18, ‘But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.’

I declare that I am growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I thank you, Lord, for the increase and growth that comes by revelation, and I receive it by faith. In Jesus name, amen.
