SCRIPTURE
Luke 2:7, And she gave birth to her Son, her Firstborn; and she wrapped Him in swaddling clothes and laid Him in a manger because there was no room or place for them in the inn.
MESSAGE
Though you might have been despised, treated disrespectfully, or encountered rejection, at one point or the other in your lives. Which have left scars that lead to bitterness and low self-worth.
The good news is that God is making room for you in the most unlikely places which will be suitable for the delivery of ”THE TREASURE” that is conceived within you. Isaiah 60:14, “The sons of those who oppressed you will come bowing down to you [in submission], And all those who despised you and treated you disrespectfully will bow down at the soles of your feet, And they will call you the City of the LORD, The Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
Lessons to learn from the above scripture;
- Don’t let a closed-door/opportunity or rejection hinder you from advancing. Your BREAKTHROUGH is in your ability to press on. Mary though in labour pain continued to search for a suitable delivery place for her child until he was born.
- What you reject and despise or shut your door against today might be your BREAKTHROUGH tomorrow. Therefore, it is important to discern before you shut the door or despise others. Don’t be like the majority who are like the INNKEEPER, who was blind to discern the blessing they shut their door against…..(more)
